These are copy-paste SMS and email scripts for reaching customers and old quotes before their policy renews, so your agency starts the re-quote conversation before a competitor's ad does. Swap the bracketed placeholders for your agency's details and send as-is.
When to send these
Use these on the cadence from the x-date playbook: a light touch at 60 days out, a direct re-quote offer at 30 days, and an urgent final touch inside the last week. Sending all three, spaced out, consistently outperforms a single message.

How to personalize without overdoing it
- Always fill in the actual carrier and policy type - a script that clearly wasn't personalized reads as spam and gets ignored.
- If you have the prior quoted premium, reference it ("last time we quoted you at $X") - specifics build trust that a form-letter can't.
- Keep SMS under 320 characters and never open with "Dear valued customer" - write the way you'd actually text a client.
- Don't send SMS and email on the same day for the same touch - stagger them by a day so it doesn't feel like a blast.
Running this by hand across a full book of renewals is a lot to track manually. Lead nurturing automates the send schedule, and the Quote Engine picks up the reply the moment someone says yes.
